From idea to real life

AI & workflow automation.

Useful intelligence. Clear human control.

Make repetitive work easier to move through.

Start with a task the team can explain and a result it can check. We help identify where automation or AI could reduce the effort of preparing, organising or interpreting information. Then we design a focused workflow around your existing tools, with clear rules for what happens automatically and what needs a person. The aim is a process the team can understand, supervise and improve.

How we can help

  • Request classification and structured information extraction
  • Document summaries and draft preparation for review
  • Connections between AI tools and business systems
  • Approval steps, exception queues and execution visibility

How we make it happen

  1. Map the current task, data inputs and person responsible.
  2. Define acceptable output, review boundaries and failure handling.
  3. Pilot with representative examples and record the remaining effort.
  4. Improve the workflow before expanding its scope or autonomy.
01

Put judgement where it belongs.

An AI-generated answer can look convincing while missing important context. We define the situations that require review and make the original information available to the person checking it. Unclear input should have a route to a person instead of becoming an assumed fact.

For example, a workflow could organise an incoming enquiry and prepare a draft response. A colleague checks the proposed reply before it reaches the customer. That separation makes the intended responsibility visible.

02

Evaluate the whole working process.

A useful pilot measures more than the number of automated steps. We look at checking time, exceptions, incorrect outputs and the ability to recover after a failure. We also agree which information the workflow needs, who can access it and how it is retained.

Retries, duplicate requests and unavailable services belong in the design. If the process only works when every input is perfect, it is not ready for ordinary use. We expand from evidence, keeping the cost and ongoing ownership of the workflow in view.
